Cancellation Policy

BRC Sauna and Spa reserves and supplies everything for your booking, however if you require to cancel or make changes to your appointment , you need to do so as early as possible, and no later then 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You will be asked for your credit card information at the time of booking your appointment, please be advised that your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the treatment if you do not comply with above said cancellation policy. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

Late Arrival

Please be advised that the full service will be provided within the booking time, arriving late may limit such service since no extension will be provided. We suggest that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to receive the full enjoyment of your service; you are also responsible for the payment in full even if you arrive late.

Massage and Body Treatments

For your convenience, you may request preferred gender of the therapist. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive any treatments.

Health Conditions

You are responsible to notify of all and any health conditions, injuries and allergies at the time of making an appointment.

Hygiene and Cleanliness

We are dedicated to the safety, cleanliness and hygiene of our facility and our equipment. Kindly help us keep our spa neat by placing used towels, robes and slippers in the provided hampers.

Loss or Damage

We at BRC Sauna and Spa make every effort to be sure that your visit here is as tranquil as possible. For your convenience, we are providing you with 2 storage units under lock and key (front deck locker for smaller valuables and a locker for your clothing and other belongings) to keep your things safe, however we regret that we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss of your personal articles.

Steam room and Sauna Usage Guidelines

  • Individuals with any medical conditions must consult a physician before
    using any BRC Spa facilities or scheduling treatments
  • Visitors MUST NOT under any circumstances touch or change any and all
    the controls, prop door open or pour water on rocks in Sauna or Steam   Room
  • Swimwear or shorts MUST be worn
  • Shower before and after each use
  • Allow your body to cool down at least 10-15 minutes after each use
  • Make sure your drink plenty of water before and after each use
  • Do not use your cell phone inside the spa rooms (locker room cell use
    if permitted)
  • Be respectful to other users, any inappropriate or suggestive behavior will
    result in loss of your BRC Spa privileges

BRC Gift Cards

We regret that we cannot redeem gift cards for cash or issue a refund. Since there’s no expiration date on our gift cards, we will be glad to accommodate you at the time which is convenient for you.
